The International non-governmental organization “Foundation of Youth Culture and Education” (INGO FYCE) was established in 1996.
Over the period of its activities the organization initiated and founded many international, national and local events. Among the partners of FYCE were various state and commercial structures, mass media, embassies of countries accredited in Ukraine, international donor organizations, public organization, etc.

The main activities of the organization:

• Search for new mechanism of collaboration with non- government organizations, mass media, government structures which may further the realization of children’s lives in Ukraine.
• Social projects and programs originated on the development of government initiatives for improving the situation of children in Ukraine.
• Implement social programs for families in a critical living situation.
• Information and consulting service for organizations of civil society.
• Holds conferences, seminars, round- tables

Foundation of Youth Culture and Education today:

• Work out multi media materials for the education process
• Organize activities of the Independent Children’s Media-Centre
• Support of projects made by children
• Realize cultural programs

Since 2000 INGO FYCE has been an official partner of UNICEF in Ukraine.

In 2001 INGO FYCE has represented Ukrainian NGOs working with and for children on the UN Preparation Session on Children .

In 2002 INGO FYCE has represented Ukrainian NGOs working with and for children on the Special Session on Children at the United Nations General Assembly (New-York).

Since 2001 INGO FYCE has been an official partner of International Bank of Reconstruction and Development.

INGO FYCE represents Ukrainian NGOs working with and for children at the NGO/UNICEF Regional Network for Children (RNC) in CEE, the CIS and the Baltic States.

Since July, 2002 INGO FYCE has been elected A National Coordinator of the National Network of NGOs working with and for Children.

Nowadays INGO FYCE is:
Coordinator of the Ukrainian Network of NGOs working in the field of children`s media.
Full member of the International Campaign to Ban Landmines.
Founder of the Ukrainian Campain to Ban Landmines.
